Parker's first grade class did a science fair- all of their projects involved water. He did projects having to do with carbonation in water. I don't know if that was by chance or if his teacher knew we had lots of carbonation hanging around! He blew up a balloon with a soda bottle and showed how to shake up a bottle of soda and open it slowly to disipate the bubbles. They also did a report/board about a marine animal. His was the Stingray. We went to the Aquarium and downtown to the planetarium to watch the Imax movie about marine animals with his friend Issac and his family while they were off track to study up- and have some fun!
